    I don't remember the spot of the shot hurting and itching like it does. It's also like I have a knot in my arm.....HELP!

    Mine didn't hurt a bit. Sounds like someone didn't know how to give a shot.

    If you have a knot, it's the vaccine. Keep moving the muscle to get the blood to pick it up and get into the blood stream. Heat also helps.

    Thanks Fred for the reply. The knot has gone down considerably since yesterday. I think the site was itchy because of the band aid. I'm finding that I've become allergic to certain types of band aids and gloves. I only deal with vinyl at work anymore.
