Flash Player/Weather Channel issues?

    So I have the Weather Channel Desktop, with the temperature in the tray. When I double click on the temp to open up the program, it gives me a half screen box of blue, instead of the usual desktop stuff.

    I've heard this might be a Flash player issue. Anyone run into this?

    Flash is v. 9,0,115,0
    Weather Channel is v. 5.20.02
