    Heard John Clayton awhile ago say the Ferentz wants to stay at Iowa until the Penn State jobs opens up.

    Of all the Ferentz rumors I have heard, this one I like the most! Being a HUGE Penn State fan and an Iowan...this would be very cool!
    I've said it 100 times, Ferentz will stay at Iowa til his son Brian graduates in 3 more years. HOWEVER, if the PSU job were to offered, I think he might make that move before hand. Ferentz is a Pennsylvania native and still has strong ties there. His HS coach refered Bob Sanders and the Erie, PA connection at Iowa began.

    Did you happen to catch the halftime with Trev Alberts shamlessly lobbying for Ferentz to take the Nebraska job? Mark May called him on it and shut him down in mid sentence. Alberts is kind of a jerky know it all type anyway.
