    no matter the fish, i usually use cabbage, white sauce, maybe some tomatoes and lime or lemon juice

    i'm not a huge salsa fan cause i cant stand cilantro or raw onions.

    fruit salsa sounds interesting though

    Phat Burrito makes grilled grouper tacos with mango salsa that are killer. Traditional fish tacos are fried or grilled cod (sometimes mahi) with shredded cabbage, jack or similar Mexican white cheese, and some sort of crema (usually with cilantro).
