So turn down two #1s and end up with two #2s? Wouldn't they be worried about looking like idiots?

    Oh, too late.

It's how Tepper negotiates. The haul for McCaffrey wasn't bad at all, by the way. I'm not really questioning the method. Plenty of dumbass GMs can be snowed by this tactic.

I imagine burns value would he much higher if he was used as a pass rusher more often.

just read the Rams offered 2023 2nd & 3rd, 2024 4th & 5th, plus Cam Akers... but the Panthers wanted the 4th for this year more than Cam Akers. I guess they didn't feel the need for another player who needs attention

After watching the run game this week, I'm okay with it...

If the Eagles gave both their 1st and that of New Orleans, then it would be worth it in my opinion, unless we are going to convert to a 34. If we are gonna run a 34 next season, then keep Burns. If we are gonna keep running this weird D where he gets blown up half the time by large OT's, then ship him and get the picks

    Burns isn't going anywhere.

    I'd be very surprised.

Well, at least your reasoning is solid

Now that I think about it, we will happily take DJ Moore back. I didn't understand why we got rid of him. He seems like a good WR3.

My reasoning is plenty of those that would probably know, have said we have no intention of letting him or the other young pieces they want to build around, go.
