    A question for the researchers on the board: How many ACC teams have madethe final four in the last 25 years?

    Duke's made it 10, GT has made it twice, N.C. State once, not sure about UNC or any other teams. Maryland has made it at least once.

    Maryland's made it twice. Wake hasn't made the Final Four since the 60's. Virginia made it once (1984 I think). I think that's it as far as ACC teams in the last 25 years.

    not in the last 25 years but 1972 team lost to UCLA in championship.

    Florida State went to the Final Four in Los Angeles LONG ago, 1972 to be exact. They defeated #2 UNC-Chapel Hill with the only juco ever to be a Tar Heel, Bob McAdoo, 79-75 in the semi-finals.
