Except he left Fenway, which was tailor made for his swing. Stoopid move on his part......

75, 79 with the Sox. Maybe 76 also, fans still excited from his rookie year.

He's still the only player ever to hit a grand slam in the all-star game.

I stand corrected. Two years that slack ass mother fucker played more than 130 games out of ten seasons. What an ironman.

Don't think I said one year either, dude if you can't state at least some facts then don't state anything at all. You are wrong like always and that is fact.

So what is Lynn's excuse for 76-78 and 1980?

Actually he was an All-star 9 times. Now do I think he deserved it all 9 times, hell no.

But, he must have done something right to get voted that many times, other than be a lazy ass.

You might want to check your records. He hit .314, .260, .298 in those years. In 76 he was 6th in BA, in 78 he was 8th. Also in the top 10 in slugging %.

At least we agree on that. When you bring up the Sox, just don't bring up Lynn. The American League must have been weak in outfielders in his years. Maybe he played all of the games before the All star break to get his All star bonus. Or maybe all the AL outfielders got hurt in early July.

    You're still a clown.

Pitcher's game back then. But why the 1979 contract season? He didn't approach that any other time.
