    I watched all of those too besides Carrol Burnett. Dad hated her. Until I was about 12 or 13 years old we did not have cable. All we had was an antenna that got CBS and a fuzzy ABC. We had no NBC at all. I had to listen to the Redskins beat the Dolphins in the superbowl on am radio in my bedroom.

    I think my parents were the last in the USA to buy a color TV - they even went and bought a BIG black and white TV around 1970 lucky for us it was fried around 1974 and they pretty much had to buy a color TV - I sat in front of that TV for days just staring at it because everything was in color. :laugh1:

    Poor guy...We got our first tv in 1956, pre-color, w/rabbit ears.

    No cable, damn, y'all really ruffed it. :laugh1:

    I "had to" watch Little House on the Prairie w/the folks because we had only one tv (gasp).

    Scarecrow & Mrs. King and Moonlighting were both cool, IMO. I enjoyed the banter that went on.

    Wow, can't believe anyone else remembers that show... loved that as a kid. Never missed that or "The Invaders"
