Ok, I used to know everything about baseball back when I got home from elementary school and watched Ryne Sandberg, Mark Grace, and Rick Wilkins rip it up for the Cubs on WGN every afternoon, but I lost my fervor for the game a while back, and I'm not sure why. Anyway, I'm trying to get back into it by joining my company fantasy league, and in the process, I don't know shit about baseball anymore, however, my roster whips some serious ass.

    C - Pudge
    1b - D. Ortiz
    2b - Soriano
    3b - D. Young
    SS - J. Rollins
    OF - Beltran
    OF - V. Wells
    OF - P. Wilson
    UT - Abreu
    UT - R. Sanders
    BN - E. Martinez
    BN - B. Wilkerson
    BN - A. Sanchez

    SP - Loaiza
    SP - J. Moyer
    SP - M. Clement
    SP - W. Miller
    RP - T. Hoffman
    RP - G. Mota
    P - V. Padilla
    P - J. Peavy
    BN - J. Garland
    BN - J. Valverde

Ok, so everybody is trying to give me a pitcher for an outfielder. One dude offered me Griffey Jr. and M. Redman for Preston Wilson, and another dude offered me Kevin Brown for Wells.

Since I don't know shit, should I do this? Or are these dude's trying to fist me in a very not nice sort of way?

Oh yeah, Solarte has Prior, and he hates the Cubs, so I'm trying to trade Loaiza for him.

prior is starting out on the dl, so you might could get him cheaper. of your of'ers, deal wilson. but sell his playing tome in colorado to get some nice return. i would also look to upgrade at 1b and 3b. those guys are good, but you got stud OF surplus that will sit on your bench that you can turn into delgado or rolen or chavez or giambi, etc.

you got 6 guys that are at or near the top of their teams pitching rotation, so, yea, your pitching is ok. i mean you can always upgrade, but it isn't like you got a sucky pitching staff. you might work in a closer into a deal.

what kinda stats do you keep score on? avg, hr, rbi, r, sb's, era, w, k, s, whip?

thats a pretty nice roster you got there. only thing i would say, is 3b is your best chance for upgrade. i'm liking ortiz at 1st with the rest of that lineup.
