    If you like the show this DVD is worth buying for one thing. The commentaries.

    The commantary for The Road to Rhode Island is worth the DVD price. Its done using the voices of Brian and Stewie. I was laughing so hard I had tears in my eyes. It also has a edit in that episode that has never been on TV or DVD.

    Its worth the $15.

    ya know? i've tried watching this show a couple of times and i just don't find it funny. what am i missing?

    It has it's moments. I like Stewie the best and when it's mostly about him. But every once in awhile it has a line or two in it that makes me LOL.

    The way they work in things like the other night when Peter was trying to teach his son about being responsible blah blah blah and he was screwing up. They were at a camp site in the woods and this big buck deer from Bambi appeared and said to his son ' I will teach you. I will show you the way' or something like that. Right then some hunters shot the deer and dragged it off. Funny shit.

    The episodes are the same, but the commentarys on them are different. And even I didnt want to pay $14 until I watched my friends and heard the commentary. Its worth the price. I had tears in my eyes I was laughing so hard.

    One of the commentaries also has this great line "Why isn't this show on the air?" asks someone. "I dunno, could it be the six timeslots in two years?"

    But also the deleted scene in "Road To Road Island" is freaky because it was made before 9/11 and they are in an airport and they mention Bin Laden. This is the first time this scene has ever been seen. It wasnt on the other DVD's.
