We could end up 11-5...we won't, but we could. We could end up 5-11, and in your mind we already are.:20_3_5:

Am I happy with the way things are going, NO! WHat can I do about it? See what happens...then I might join you at jumpthegun.com, but not now.

i am being realistic. If we can't beat a 2-6 team at home what make you thing that we can beat a 7-1 GB team.Listen i wish i was wrong and we would be 6-3 right now but are we are what we thought they were.We are 4-5 and 4-5 is not where we want to be

If we are going to continue to lose then at least we could do it with a little humor. This could be accomplished by hiring Denny Green. Even if his only position was to address the media.

SO it would be better to fire everyone and start over mid season when there is a chance of making the playoffs?

No, you're not being realistic, you're being reactive. The Panthers are not 6-3, they are 4-5. AT 6-3, they could still finish 6-10, but the games still have to be played.

After a tough home loss, your first inclination was to gloat that other things had gone wrong and that it wasn't Carr's fault. Which is awful. You can't get around that, and it's sad that's where your defensiveness had carried you.

Maybe that's just how you're wired. You're more worried about people who disagreed with you than the outcome.

    D. Lewis and Deke Cooper both appear to have significant shoulder/arm injuries

I dont know. Havent won at home in over a year.

Breakdowns in defense at critical junctures, an absolutely inept offense, that true to God, couldnt score on an elementary school team. STs that just SUCK. And they had bright spots today, but on the critical last drive, they let a big return out.

A team that has had so many problems with choking the last few years. Shit man, the list goes on.

I like John Fox. But the team is lost right now. We have absolutely no identity, and he preached the shit out of that when he got here. WEre so sloppy, undisciplined, awful out there. The DL has gone from one of the best in the league, to one of the worst.

Were not getting anything from our players anymore. Im really starting to believe its time for wholesale change, and that scares me, because Cohwer WONT come here, we know that. To get out of retirement, hell want HUGE money....and we wont pay him, and IM not sure that we should. The Steelers look better without him right now. And when they won their SB, they had no business doing it.

I dont know. But it looks like the guys here dont know how to run a football program anymore.

We came out, at home, to a division rival, when we NEEDED a win, and looked TOTALLY unprepared out there. Clueless. Let the opening drive go for a long run TD. The offense didnt look like theyd even practiced, and couldnt account for anything that big, badass Falcon D did.

It was a disgrace out there, and it scares the shit out of me as a fan, because I dont have confidence that anyone on that team can turn it around. No matter WHO is out there. Houston came out and blew our DOORS off when we were healthy.

    Wholesale change.

They hadn't, Vinny missed some practice time this week.

Trust me, I know what some of you are saying and I only disagree to an extent. The QB situation is a HUGE factor...not an excuse, but a factor. If we get some consistency at that position, say maybe the same player starting and finishing two weeks in a row, and we don't see improvement then someone save me a seat on the wagon.
There is still some season left, no need to throw in the towel just yet.

Dude, your first inclination was to attack me so you can't exactly play that card, otherwise you're more concerned about me than the Panthers losing. I'm not just dancing around and celebrating the fact that I was right. Yes, I am pointing out that I was, but I'm doing so because what I'm right about is relevant to this team's future. The people who believe that just getting Jake back will fix this team are delusional and need to wake up. Right now, you're apparently among them.

Actually I talked about the loss when we lost. Not how it was important that I run public relations on my defensiveness over David Carr. Your first concern after the scoreboard ticked down was telling us about David Carr, which had nothing to do with this game. And it still doesn't make him good enough.

Nice putting words in my mouth. Yes, a healthy, productive quarterback would be nice. But that's not the only problem, and you're good at making up things for me to supposedly say so you can argue against it, instead of what I said. Bravo for how much you need to win!

Of course, you're claiming you're right as if Carr was good enough, or it wasn't his fault he wasn't; Vinny on a bad Achilles was still better.
