Too much hairspray messing with his judgement. Curious to know what some of the other draft experts think of Fairley.

Source: Nick Fairley to enter draft

    ESPN.com news services

Lombardi Award winner Nick Fairley of Auburn will announce Friday that he is entering the NFL draft, a source close to the player told ESPN's Joe Schad.

Fairley will make the announcement at his alma mater, Williamson High School, in Mobile, Ala. Underclassmen have until Saturday to declare for the draft.

A junior defensive tackle, Fairley is projected as one of the top picks in April's draft. The 6-foot-5, 298-pound Fairley dominated offensive linemen all season with 56 tackles, including 12 sacks.

Fairley was the defensive MVP of the BCS National Championship Game, which Auburn won 22-19 over Oregon. He had a sack, three tackles for a loss and a forced fumble. He led the SEC with 24 tackles for a loss and had a school-record 11.5 sacks.

Fairley has played the last two seasons at Auburn after transferring from junior college.

On Thursday, his teammate, Heisman Trophy-winning quarterback Cam Newton, announced he will skip his senior season and also enter the draft.
