    theres a pretty big difference between the two

    years ago I learned to like Texas Pete all over my bbq sammich ( and yes with cole slaw ON the sammich) but one day there was no Texas Pete so I figured tobasco was the same and loaded it up - my mouth was on fire.

    I've learned to like tobasco but it's definitely hotter than Pete.

    Alright, so if I got this right, you fry up some pork chops, run it through a sausage grinder or, if you must, a blender, and then soak it in a mixture of ketchup, brown sugar and garlic salt?
