I've been playing World of Warcraft for the last month or so.

It beats the pants off of any MMORPG I've played. EQ, DAoC, AC, CoH.

It's already got more polish and better content than anything else, and it's still in beta.

same here, I grinded the shit out of that game, playing all night, going to work on no sleep, missing meals...it should be a controlled substance. Glad I finally quit.

i think i'm gonna go with world of warcraft... blizzard just knows their shit. i bought everquest and it just sucked way too much to be worthwhile. the engine felt like something from 1993.

agree about blizzard, they haven't made a bad game yet, and they're willing to hold back a game to make it right instead of rushing out something. They've maintained incredible integrity since warcraft 1, and probably even before that. It's hard telling how much money they've spent hosting battle.net for the shitload of people that play diablo 2 and warcraft 3 on there for free.

WoW is amazing. There are quests galore. You level by questing. Some people grind areas, like to make coin or whatever, but for the vast majority, if you want experience, grab a quest and go do it. You also get loot and coin from the quests. I'm up to level 32, and I've yet to run out of quests. Hell, I think the least # of quests I've had is 10 since I got out of the newbie stage.

It will own a lot of people's souls.
