    From Yahoo sports:

A person with knowledge of the Suns-Bobcats trade said the deal was accomplished in time to allow both players to be trade-eligible by the deadline. NBA rules say traded players cannot be moved again for 60 days. The deal was done Dec. 10, which means they can be traded again Feb. 9. Another source has said the Bobcats have maintained interest in Eddy Curry, who has yet to play this season because of a bone bruise in his left knee. The Knicks — who are owned by Cablevision, which also owns Newsday — could flip Curry for Diaw, who are close in salary. Diaw's deal goes a year longer than Curry's, but it would save the Knicks $2.2 million in cap space for 2010."

And he has a serious heart problem, both literally and figuratively.

He's got talent but man, I don't want him on the Bobcats.

Larry Brown is going to have wet dreams about that game for the rest of his life.

I've had second thoughts about this trade after watching the Bobbers play a couple games on the tube. It's still true at crunch time they really don't have a real go-to type player but they sure play more like a "team" with Diaw and Bell in the starting lineup. Diaw looked like an all-star last night (albeit it was Memphis they were playing).

P.S. The crowd at Memphis made even Charlotte look good in comparison. Memphis to Seattle in a year or two?

P.S.S. Why do the Bobbers have such a hard on for Eddie Curry?

Do you think they still do? I know they did, but I would have thought that ended when Larry Brown came aboard.

I was going by that article PP pasted earlier on and a couple things I read awhile back. I don't know why Brown would have any interest in Curry myself. Unless he knows him personally and enjoys Curry as company on the bench.
