Okafor is a decent C. What they needed was an offensive minded PF who could guard guys like Bosh, Dirk, KG.

Yeah, the rumor of Wallace for a Kamen/Curry or other Center would make me sick. Not only do I not want to get rid of Wallace (especially for a crappy center) but I don't have faith that Okafor can move to the 4 full time.

I think his best bet is to stay at 5.

I do not really like this trade. JRich is a good player and will be missed. I guess it is hard to say too much bad about it though. They were going nowhere with the current line up.

I am not sure why Mohamed is not being used by Brown. He had good numbers when he played last year. Brown is always crying about lacking size but he does not use what he has.

I hope they do not trade Wallace. If they want to move Morrison and or Felton then that is fine at this point but I hope Wallace and Okafor stay here. They really need a scorer now...

I feel the Bobs are going about this all wrong. We're trying to create a defensive-minded team in the image of Detroit or NY. The problem is, this brand of basketball is agonizing to watch. NO ONE enjoys a 77-69 final score in the NBA. I was hoping the Bobs would be modeled after west coast BBall ( Phoenix, Golden State, Dallas)..a MUCH more up tempo, exciting brand of BBall to watch. As we struggle to draw flies at Bobcat games, the old grind it out, pick and roll style isn't going to cut it.
Of course, this is the Larry Brown style, so we're stuck with it.

    A line up of

    1. Felton
    2. Richardson
    3. Wallace
    4. May or Okafor
    5. Okafor or Mohamed

seemed like a decent one especially with Morrison, Carrol, Augustin and Dudley on the bench. I thought Larry Brown could get the most out of them. I guess not though. Might as well see what he can do if he gets his way. What they have tried so far has failed. They played Detroit close tonight.

For who? I have no problem with moving Felton as long as it is benefits the team.
