ESPN is switching the NBA and college announcers Wednesday night

I might listen to see how bad of a train wreck it will be.

 

Have fun listening to Vitale verbally suckoff Carmelo and D Wade for old times sake, it should be real nice.

 

UGH, Dick Vitale.

 

I don't understand the motivation for ESPN to do this. Neither announcing team is going to suck any more than they may or may not suck already. If they truly wanted to do something different, have the Monday Night Football crew call a college hoops game and have Dick Vitale call a football game.

 

Im actually enjoying this Duke game with these announcers. Tirico is nothing special but Jackson and Van Gundy are very knowledgable and funny. Vitale misses most of the game screaming about unrelated stupid stuff

 

Yeah, I dont think I could handle having to watch Duke and listen to Vitale at the same time.

 

all Jackson did all night was suck off Curry.....Van Gundy played the devils advocate....neither were great, never really called the game action...Tirico kept it moving...and apparently they did not sit up in the crows nest....so maybe it was hard to call the action watching a TV monitor.

 

I dont think 3 people could fit in the crows nest

 

I like the Jackson/Van Gundy/Tirico combo.
