Excellent show last night. My wife got us tickets for my birthday and we were row R. I've seen him three times and again he never fails to deliver. He just celebrated his 68th birthday on Friday so his singing wasn't what it once was. It's pretty cool to see an artist so comfortable in his own skin that he can step back and let other great artist play and shine. The keyboardist was in the 80's group Squeeze, he sang a couple of the groups hits including "tempted". Clayton's other guitarist is Doyle Bramhall II. Bramhall played lead and sang on a few of Claptons songs.
    Good time

I've always been sort of mixed about Clapton. I'm a big George Harrison fan, so Layla just tends to make me think of affairs, which isn't exactly the best feeling in the world. He does have some great guitar skills, but most of the time I could easily pass up listening to his music.
