    So being my age, you understand alot of kids our age do coke...basically im saying....ephedra is better than coke.

    yes i do agree...but kids our age also hang themselves and coke is better than suicide, and suicide is better than murder, and murder is better than mass murder, and massurder is better than serial mass murder, and serial mass murder is better than terroristic murder, etc...you can always find something worse.why try to be better than the low? I mean by all means congrats on the loss...but I would drop the pills for something more natural. There are things out tat do not contain ephedra and work almost as good. Even for people our age its not worth the risk, especially at such high doses.
