    i dont think its such a big deal. i lost all my weight 2 years ago on Ephedra, the same dosage. you guys forget, im not as old as yall....people ya'lls age shouldn't take it. :)

    280 at 76 inches is a BMI (Approximate) of 34.1 which is on the high level of unhealthy. I used to take Hydroxycut like M&M's and loved the shit. I was dropping weight every day but I could tell the ticker didn't like it too much. If you're down to 230 or so I would say get off the shit and continue the exercise. You'll notice that you still lose the fat even without all the crap.

    Tell that to my buddy that had a heart attack at 24. He wasn't even that over weight.

    yea, i have 2 bottles left, finish those in about a month and a half...and be done with it. the only health problems i have is light asthma and eczema. Its not that big of a deal.

    A serious question....whats worse for your body...12 ephedra's a day or 6 lines of coke a day?

    you asked a question attempting to determine the lesser of 2 evils.
    i am your age or younger...i am in better shape....and I sold the stuff...i know how it works and how good it works... and I would not take them. and if i did i definiely wouldnt exceed the 6 pills a day it says on the side of the container
