I've been listening to a shitload of Elvis lately. It may have something to do with this chic I'm workin' on since she likes Elvis a lot. But anyway, he whips a lot of ass. That's all. Thanks for listening.

I've not really gotten into Elvis an awful lot. I may need to now that I'm running out of 60's and 70's rock to get into.

Elvis is everywhere according to Mojo Nixon.

He's also on Sirius 24 hours a day.

My dear ole mom, may she rest in peace, loved Smelvis. I was really into him up til 'bout the 6th grade, then tried to tune him and R&R out. She'd try to kick my ass everytime I told her he was lousy/sucked. :D

[Not to try to impress y'all or anything but, I was in the backup horn section that was supposed to play a concert he was scheduled to do in Fayetteville. He didn't make it because he died. It was rescheduled and we did a concert with his backup band instead.]

His Latest Flame is the one that's stuck in my head. I'm glad it's there, I don't mind it.

I liked his music, but I really was caught up in that CBS special about him. I was watching it and found it so intriguing that Elvis never toured outside of the US. Wow! What would have happened if he did? Other parts of the world are more obsessed with him. It made me sad to think about that, 'cause he really wanted to travel all over the place.
