    Bank of America falls after results

    Why is this surprising? I mean we are in a financial crises plus BofA has bought the worst in CountryWide and a failed investment bank.

    BofA oversubscribed on its stock offering. This is a good thing, right?

    they also cut thier dividend in half, which doesnt help the stock price either.
