In the AL East, I think the Yankees got it locked down, fuckin Yankees. :teeth:

However, I'm going out on the poverbial limb, and I think Cleveland is turning their ship right, and they will end up surpassing, a suprising Minnesota team to take the AL Central.

I have to go with my Dodger blue blood and say Scioscia takes over the AL West, but I can't give up on my other Dodger counter-part, the pitching coach for the Rangers, Orel Hershiser, they also have something left in them to take a run at winning that division.

Boston will win the Wildcard finishing up a nice American League playoff, that will be a blast to watch.

I'll pick the Redsox to go to World Series. They have a good deep team, and if they can take care of their injuries and play together as a team, this shouldn't be an overstatement.

The NL East, nothing new here, Bobby Cox does it again. :teeth:
NL central, St. Louis, wow, adding Larry Walker, they just won themselves the World Series.

NL West, I see the Dodgers fuckin' this one all up. Unfortunatly, I'll have to say the Padres pull it out. They have the better ball club, most of times.

The Wildcard, will be the Cubs. Dusty Baker knows how to get there every year. I wouldn't be suprised to see him get there. I could be wrong.

Another exciting playoffs in the National League.

I'll have to say St. Louis takes the World Series from Boston in 6 games.

for the record, my prediction has nothing to do with the Bambino curse. :)

i'll stick with my guns from my nl post a few weeks back.

in the al the yanks are a no-brainer. fuckers.

central is gonna tighten up i believe. these teams will beat up on each other down the stretch, and i'll give the twins the nod just because they've been there before. i think they will get it done. injuries are killing the sox, and the indians are playing good, but i think they are just too young. next year will be intersting.

the west is really the only race in baseball as of now. i like the angels to pull it out. bullpen is the key here.

i'll take the red sox in the wildcard. however, if either the rangers or the a's beat out the angels for the west, the red sox may end up at home with the angels taking the wildcard. the red sox has to hope that the west is a 3 team race (angels, a's, rangers) to the end with those 3 beating up on each other the rest of the way. if 1 of those tailspin, then the 2nd place in that division may just rack up enough wins to steal the wildcard.

that makes my al world series rep very iffy. i'll go with the sox/angels wildcard team. can i do that?

nl is hard. st louis is getting ungodly pitching from what they put out on the mound. it could easily fall apart for them. however, they can still win with decent pitching with that offense so cards it is.

i like the sox/angels from the al to win it all.
