Why not use DVD X COPY EXPRESS?.. all you do is load a copywrited dvd .. it eliminates the need for ripping... all you need is enough HD space for a temp. folder and it has me a copy in 10 to 18 minutes....depending on the movie or which computer i use...no previews or extra stuff ...

order your blanks and jewel cases from shop4tech.com and your out 35 cent and a few minutes of time..

i use the blockbuster movie pass and will burn 9 to 12 movies a day on weekends if i'm home..

    Nowhere near as good:
one, it no longer is acquirable due to lawsuits.
two, you cannot make a copy of a copy - they embed some bits on the copies made.
three, you don't get the options to do things like remove x and y extra but leave z, compress menus more, and make the main movie perfect quality, and take out all non-english audio tracks.
four, I don't think it removes all of the "locked functions" that are SO annoying when viewng a DVD (locking out the FF and menu buttons while watching previews, legal warnings, etc.).

    1) you need to get a life if you're doing 30 movies a day.
    2) DVD X Copy Express no longer rips movies, hasn't for a long time.
    3) the express version was basically - stick it in and press go, not a lot of options. Full DVD XCopy had a lot of control, similar to Shrink and DVD Decrypter, but still not as much.
    4) DVD Shrink and DVD Decrypter are legally FREE, work GREAT, and are fully supported apps.

What is mirrors for shrink? The others don't. That and I wondered if you had to download all three in some order
