    Anyone know the exact circumstance of the price dumping at the beginning of 2007? I think it was due to the spectra spinoff, where Duke shareholders were given Spectra shares.

    Anyone?

    Utilies are a no brainer. I don't see out need for electcity waning any time soon.

    Probably some old guy with a million shares cashing out. That mercedes does pay for itself.

    Funny how big companies' stocks drop right before thousands of restricted shares vest.

    The lower the price the lower the tax ding.

    BofA did the same thing. Now it is back up.

    Nothing that bad but they had record profits and dropped around 4%
