It did look like Greenberg was saying something over towards the Duke bench. Not quite sure what it was, but I don't think Virginia Tech can win at the same rate they have been. they've lost by about a combined score of 70 to two teams (Duke, UNC) even Clemson doesn't do that.

Not saying Tech would beat dook, I think I said compete, meaning a more respectable score. Yes I think Tech can do that. In the second half they held their own, if not played better than dook with the starters in, until later in that half when they got their 4 or 5 foul.

If all things were even I think dook would win 9 times out of 10.

But you take away 3 of dooks starters and they would be lucky to have 5 players left to play.

At team that is too stupid to change their physical play gameplan when the refs start off from the very beginning calling the game tight will not compete with anyone.

Dook always gets those calls. Even that stupid ass Packman said the other day and provided stats to prove it. Dook's opponent averages 3.8 more fouls per game vs them. That's tops in the ACC, and they have been for the last 6 years. So don't tell me dook doesn't get calls.

It's not calling a game tight when one sided. There were about 3 or 4 times that SW did the "Elbow Death Swing" that were not called.

SW reminds me a lot of Mutombo from that aspect, of course SW is a lot more athletic and not nearly as mechanical and should be a lot better player overall.

So Sly are you honestly saying that dook doesn't seem to get more calls than 95% of the teams out there?

What is stupid is you not knowing that a team playing in the lead for the majority of the last 6 years, like Duke has, is going to produce those stats. A team playing from behind will always foul more.

The fouls that were called on VT were fouls. Period end of story. Refs will miss calls and they will miss them both ways as they have this year and all years before that.
