Based on the tie breaker rules ive read, Duke is the number 1 seed in ACC Tourney if they beat Heels. This is based on them having a 1-1 record vs Wake and Heels have 0-1 record verses Wake.

Yep. Gotta take care of business. And have to play a lot better than we played against Va Tech last night. Sleepwalking...

The Heels by 17 pts. I hope Duke fans aren't so delusional to think they'll win this game.

The above assumes Wake will beat Clemson on Sunday. This is a little confusing from the way I understand the ACC tie breaker rules, but I think there is one other scenario (if dook wins at Chapel Hill) which would involve Clemson beating Wake on Sunday. If that happens, the tie breaker for the #1 seed for UNC/dook would be the winning % against both Wake and Clemson combined (since Wake/Clemson would be tied as well) (1-1 vs. 1-2), so I think there's an outside chance UNC could still get the #1 seed even with a loss, but would need a Clemson win, too.
(Edit: One more scenario would be if FSU and Clemson both win, making it a 3 way tie with 6 losses - then UNC would win that tie breaker as well.)

But screw all that - UNC controls it's destiny. Beat dook at home on senior night and get ready for the tournament. It's as simple as that. And - Heels by 14.

Number one seed in the ACC tournament is really valuable because?

If it needs to be explained, you won't get it anyway.
