    He never purposefully cheated. He contacted the schools NCAA rules department before giving the gesture, and I' could be wrong on this part, but I'm not even sure it was monitary. Furthermore upon finding out it was wrong admitted the wrong doing, but it wasn't done on purpose.

    MEANWHILE...

    I've kinda enjoyed a blog I read over at TSN
