Duhhhhhh-- How do I change the size

    of animated gifs. I have done it before but can not remember.
    I have Adobe Photoshop and Irfanview.

    I've never been able to do it. Savio did one of my avatars for me after I posted it.
     
  3. There are programs out there that handle this. Anything that lets you edit animated gifs ought to be able to scale them as well. Builder asked this not too long ago... can't remember the answer, tho (as far as specific names of programs).

    I think I use to do it in Ulead gif animator. I forgot I had it. :(

    Are you serious? Well, if you are, Under "Image" pull down menu, click on Image Size. What version of Photoshop do you have?

    Version 5 of Photoshop will NOT do it.

    It just gives you a motionless gif. And Irfanview will only do them if they are or are not interlaced. I can't remember. I ended up downloading a trial program that I've since deleted cause it really sucked.

    I don't have an answer.

    Ooops, sorry. I must originally read this in middle of the night. I missed the animated part.

    Photoshop 5 comes with Image Ready, no? Try what I said, but using Image Ready, then "save optimized as".

    I got it----Ulead Gif Animator does it.
