I imagine it will, but those teams will jump higher than 28 to do so.

Let's say Minnesota passes on a QB but wants to move up to get a falling Bridgewater or to get Carr.....Here's a scenario.....would you do this?

We trade our first #28 to Minnesota for their 2nd (#40 overall), the 3rd they got from Seattle (#96 overall) and their 5th (#148 overall).

    #28 is worth 660
    #40 is worth 500, #96 is 116 and #148 is 32 = 648

For moving back 12 spots we'd get an extra 3rd (last pick of round before comp picks) and an extra 5th.

I'd do it, and then try to use that extra 5th to improve one of our 2 3rd rounders.....

If just seems that of the WRs and OTs that are available at 28, at least one will still be there at 40 (Moses and Kouandijo at OT, Adams, Latimer, Matthews at WR) and we get picks.

    I would do it for 40 and 72. Or 40 , 96 , 108

It's not about correct predictions it's about hype and drama like everything else ESPN touches.

Yeah. Kiper's early stuff when he's doing the analysis is always pretty terrible, but his work gets a lot better close to the draft when he's received enough info from teams because he does have pretty good sources.

Fucking Bitonio at 28. Sure. I guess he's basing that off the fact that Gettleman took Kugbila, so why not.

At least they are not sticking us with a TE like they did for years. The one genius that had us taking a RB, must have been one of those guys.

Kiper, may have said himself, or someone said it about him, can't recall, that he wasn't trying to necessarily predict what kind of pro these guys would be, only where they might be taken.

This is a year I wouldn't mind us taking one of the top TEs.

    28. Calvin Pryor S Louisville
Doesn't have the cover skills we all want but I'd consider him a big upgrade over Mitchell.

    60. Kelvin Benjamin WR Florida St.
I'd still be alright with taking him at 28. He has first round talent and I'm not concerned about his weight.

    92. Martavias Bryant WR Clemson
Didn't see great value for other positions, so fuck it. I've always liked the idea of having two giant WRs working the outside.

    128. Tiny Richardson OT Tennessee
With the hope that he can be a road grader at either RG or RT. Anything is better than Chris Scott.

    168. Vinnie Sunseri S Alabama

    204. Kirby Van Der Kamp P Iowa State
So far Nortman has had one good season and one pretty terrible one. I don't mind adding competition and I would prefer left footed punters.

    225. Bene Benwikere CB San Jose St.
No clue how to pronounce that shit, but I'm hearing buzz about him as a slot corner.
