sure was wearing some buttass ugly uniforms. No wonder they played like shit.

but Congrats on the big win. And JJ has gotten much better this year

at hooking and pushing off when he drives.

Redick has become a complete player. What is he averaging per game now, like 25 a game. That's good and all, but it scares me to because outside of Redick and Williams we have gotten limited production. Nelson had been playing well, but is out. Not sure for how long, does anyone else know? I thought Pocius and McRoberts played well, and Boateng always plays well in the limited minutes he has. McRoberts is going to have to play more like he did last night. I'm not sure what the hell has happened to Lee Melchionni but he is shooting so bad from three point range this year. I remember Mejia at State always knocking down threes off the bench his freshman year at State and thought he would be good. I thought he transferred to DePaul. But if Duke wants to win the whole thing then we are gonna have to have Melchionni, Dockery, and Paulus step up. Paulus looks timid to shoot. Right now they look like the same Sweet 16 team as last year, but it's only November and I'm sure someone will step up and do well.

After 4 games in, it does still look like the SW and JJ show. I am very surprised that McRoberts hasn't done a lot more, not saying he is bad, but just not what I expected. The same could be said for Paulus for sure, not sure wtf is wrong with him, he has looked a lot better than this. As for the rest of the freshman, other than a few minutes in some games they have been MIA.

But of course I do expect McRoberts and Paulus both to step it up a lot more, imo K needs to get them more involved before your games get harder, because you will need them later on.

I think Pocius will get tons of minutes coming up with Nelson out. I think I like him more than Paulus. Paulus seems real scared to shoot the ball. I'm sure he will step it up, but right now he's reminding me of Drew Neitzel during his freshman year, but I'm sure all the freshmen will continue to improve. I also hope the freshmen realize that this year will be the only year that they won't be seeing many minutes cause after this year, they are the leaders of the team with DeMarcus Nelson.

I think Paulus is just nerves, he is better than what he is doing right now.

Much better this time against Memphis in the first half. McRoberts is stepping up a little bit and Paulus hit the three. How did all of Memphis' NC recruits get away from N.C. State, Wake, UNC, and Duke? Didn't Calipari end up running a dirty program at UMASS. Oh, and Hubert Davis is so biased that he might as well be wearing his UNC jersey while he does the half time report. Memphis does kind of look like a Cincinnati team, filled with future felons.
