I wouldn't say that. The stats for the season tell the story that they are a good defensive team, one game doesn't dictate a team's identity. The issue last night was that they tried to play by Carolina's rules, and it worked fine for a half, but there was no way that Duke team was going to keep at that pace against that UNC squad. Every game UNC has lost (all 2), they had to play predominately a half court game. Last night there was very little of that, especially during the large run in the second half.

I'm here and laughing at the posts from TonyNC, and Dukesucksgounc...I mean really they are representative of your fan base....oh wait who am i kidding you guys are fucking morons.

I thought Duke finally played a good offensive game (esp in the 1st half) in the second they had a lot of wide open shots that did not go down, they contained Traveller but Lawson (as usual) was too much....it was a fun game to watch no matter which team you support, I hate they lost but i really dont let it dictate my day/week/life....it is outta my control after all.....coming here makes me realize how fucking funny this shit is.

This is the ball game right here...they were even in TOs

    Points in the paint-NC 44,DU 40. Points off turnovers-NC 25,DU 8

they shot 9 more 3's than UNC. UNC turned Dukes turnover into pts....pretty much every TO Duke had UNC scored on.

Great quote by Adam Lucas in his article that shows how absolutely stupid the dookies are:

"Duke fans believe spending 196 hours in a tent indicates passion and devotion. Carolina fans believe 196 hours in a tent indicates a telling lack of other social engagements. The undergrads inhabiting Tent 1 in Krzyzewskiville staked their claim on Dec. 26, 47 days ago. Added over four years of college life, that's 188 days--over half a year--in a tent to watch four losses. Duke fans believe spending 196 hours in a tent indicates passion and devotion. Now THAT is funny.
