    i wish we could play the diamondbacks or rockies every other week. :xyzthumbs

    i love it when you guys bring this up. i can go to my handy dandy mlb.com and pull up the #'s for you and then watch franschise try and argue it.


    nl east vs nl west this season
    88-71

    braves, phils, marlins, mets (4 of 5 teams) have a winning record vs the nl west

    padres, giants (only 2 of 5) have a winning record against the east.

    face it guys, your dodgers couldn't live in the east. it would be, well, sorta like when the braves used to kick your ass in the nl west.

    it may be the NL LEAST like everybody is sayin' NOW

    but that aint what they were sayin' at the BEGINNING of the season, now was it? phillies, marlins, mets were gonna overtake the braves and establish a new order in the NL EAST.

    the bottom line is that atlanta got great play from some new kids and KICKED ASS on their way onto the top of the heap. dont throw off on them now after everyone threw them into the ditch early on, including me. they've earned everything they've got. period.
