    franchise, your long post made no sense.

    this was a busy sports weekend, and the giants/braves series had slipped my mind at the time of the initial post.

    the dodgers have a tougher september schedule than either of the other two teams. you shouldn't worry so much about the giants tho. its the padres that will steal your candy. easiest september schedule of the 3.

    yep, tough september alright. padres september is a breeze compared to the dodgers.

    Love hearing Aaron in the booth on ESPN tonight. He would make a good game commentator - a great ball player and a class act.

    and I bet Barry Bonds wishes he could play the Braves every night - at least Bobby Cox still has the cajones to pitch to him.

    Bonds could pass the Babe on the home run list this season if he could play the Braves more often.

    I don't know about cajones,maybe not any brains.With no other team playing much above .500 baseball in their division Cox has little to lose.If the Braves played in a stronger division with some team pushing them I would hope Cox would have pitched to Bonds a little different,but Cox can pretty much do as he pleases in the NL east.....or should I say NL least? :laugh1:

    as far as division, too bad the braves don't play in the tough tough nl west. :rofl:
