    San Fran @ Tampa - 49ers

Lock of the week. 9ers are somehow 5 point dogs, even though Brad Johnson's back is still iffy. He'll start, but the Niners will be able to come after him. Plus, Tampa still can't run. And Garcia finally shook the funk off him last week. I smell blowout.

    Falcons @ Eagles - Eagles

This is to win. 7.5 is a lot to cover, so I'm passing here. But I think it will be low scoring, and McNabb will be able to eek out a victory and knock the rust off. Eagles has Tampa's kind of speed, and rested last week.

    Steelers @ Titans TITANS

I'll take those 4 points and run. The Steelers are hurting right now, Titans are rested.

    JEts @ Raiders RAIDERS[/]

This game will be a replay of the one earlier in the year. I just don't think Pennington can go into the Black Hole against the Raider D and outperform Gannon. I'll take the points.

Gotta love those Jets. If they lose, I want the Raiders to win it all.

Lots of great games to choose from

First up Atlanta travels to Philly.
I would have loved to see the Bucs play the Falcons (Falcons swept the Bucs in regular season) but playing the Eagles will be sweet as well. I really want to see what McNabb can do coming back from a bum ankle. I like the Eagles but in a real close game call it 28-24.

San Fran at Buccaneers. Easy pick for me. Tampa Bay will finish off the Niners like the Giants couldn't. Tampa Bay will beat the Niners easily by double digits. Terrell Owens say hello to John Lynch. Pick up your scrambled brains on your way off the field. Tampa 38-21 Forty whinners

Tennessee host the Steelers. As much as I like Eddie George he is going to have a miserable game. I am not the biggest Steve McNair fan so I am wondering if he can win a game by himself. I am going with the road team to win here Pittsburgh 24-17

Oakland host the Jets. This has all the makings of a shootout and probably the best game of the playoffs so far and thats saying something. My heart wants to say the Jets as they are playing great. The Raiders d-backs are nicked up but even so I look for Gannon to have a big game (maybe 3 TD's and 350 yards of passing) *gulp* Oakland 34-27

The Steelers are really, really banged up. Bell's huring again. A couple lineman got hurt. And remember, this is the team that left Tommy Maddox down motionless on the turf during the regular season.

    49'ers 21, Bucs 17
The Buc D contains Garcia's scrambling, but the 9'ers knock both Johnsons of Tampa stiff - and King can't get it done.

    Falcons 28, Beagles 14
McNabb comes back, but the Falcons D continues to over-achieve. Mikey Vick decides he enjoys playing in cold weather, and shows the Philly D that he's just as fast as he is on film.

    Jets 31, Raiders 21
Pennington continues to mature, and Vinny sells his house. The Raiders must be concerned on their passing D, or they wouldn't have been after Sanders. Curtis Martin has 100, and the Jets move on.

    Titans 35, Steelers 10
The Titans knock Maddox from the game (again), and Kordell can't make anything happen. The Bus needs new tires, and McNair continues to make fondue out of the "toast" in the Steeler secondary. The Steelers can't turn the ball over and expect to win this game with another miracle finish. The D has to be embarassed, and Poteat never looked that bad even in college. My other favorite team, out of the playoffs.
