Duke, their fans, their players, their basketball coach - just a bunch of arrogant fucktards... I'd rather be shot in the foot than show any respect towards those fuckers.... fuck Duke.

There, aside from that its all good. :xyzthumbs

Edit: Over the heels the Tarheels typically play a more difficult schedule including this year...

What are you smoking? 25 wins for UNC is not a tremendous year, yes a lot better than the past few years, but hardly tremendous. Trust me UNC has every much as high standards as Duke when it comes to that. Hence they let Doh go and got RW.

Next point, although UNC doesn't have the highest SOS it is a lot higher than Duke. Also you missed the point about our starters playing a lot less minutes with a harder schedule so far than Duke. UNC has 3 players that would be scoring a lot more than JJ if playing the same minutes if you project the averages.

Are you sure KJ didn't steal your login?

Oh and the main reason Duke fans are being quiet this year is because their team is very thin and one major injury away from disaster and UNC so far is doing a lot better. :nono:

no, KJ did not steal my login. I will give UNC credit that they are doing good, but you have to admit, Duke and UNC are both playing cupcakes. I mean look at UNC's games recently. Vermont (They are a good lower conference team that should make the tournament, but still should be beat by any team in the ACC), UNCW, Cleveland State, and William and Mary. You might be a little different since you don't seem to be a fairweather fan like a lot of Heels fans I know, but a lot of fans that I know would beg for 25 wins in a year. Doherty was just awful and I admit that, even though he beat Duke at home his first time :teeth:. Redick and Ewing are playing as good as any backcourt in the country, and last year I was absolutely terrified when Dockery was handling the ball but he has improved a lot. Not saying he's a superstar by any means but he has become a lot more heady player than in the past two years. Oh yeah, Duke just moved in to the top 5 with OK State's loss

Nope but Iowa, Kentucky, and a not too shabby Tennessee team are better than what Dook's faced

    I won't disagree with that.

NO he won't. I like Nelson actually, but dook isn't in desperate need of a shooting guard. They NEED big men. So he won't be a difference maker for another couple years.

    weak jab.

    I'll give that a maybe.

    I honestly doubt it.

    at what women's basketball?

If you're underestimating Duke you've got to be crazy. I admit that they are a little down in talent from years past but they will be ranked in the top 5 next week. Maybe even as high as #4 if Kansas loses to Georgia Tech. Wake #2, Carolina #3, and Duke #4 with GT coming in at around #7. Although Nelson isn't a low post player (I admit that Duke needs tons of help down low) he can bang with the big boys pretty well, and I was really surprised when the announcers first said he was 6-3 cause he was grabbing rebounds left and right. Although Shav has been struggling, it's always nice to have another body to throw around on the inside. Love will have to play some real key minutes.

Go back to your homeowners association and write a ticket for the garden hose being left in the front yard.

    Exactly.

Yes Duke has a good team, starting 5 is up there with most teams. Their bench will be their downfall. While Shav does suck, he is 5 fouls they will miss. I actually like Nelson starting over him, makes Duke a better team. Duke really is much like UNC was last year as depth goes.

UNC does have one key position they can't afford to lose which is PG-Felton, and with every game we play with QT getting time on the floor does help, just not sure how much time he will get once the real season starts in the ACC.
