    here's a question I've always had about atkins that I never found the answer to:

    on a lot of atkins products, you'll see the carb count and they then reduce it by the number of grams of dietary fiber. Why is this? Can't I eat a candy bar and take a couple of fiber cons with it to cancel out the carbs? I know you can't, so why does atkins do this?

    I've never purchased any Atkins products, if you're talking about food products. I'd like to know the answer to that, too.
