    Don't use store bought Taco Seasoning. Loads of corn starch in that to make it thicken. Use your own chili seasoning and red pepper, some onion and garlic salt if you have it.

    for the last 3 months, I've worked out at least 3 days a week, eaten' a very heart healthy diet, which basically is whole wheat stuff, organic stuff, NO hydrogenated oil, and much less sugar. I've lost 14 pounds, and look like I've lost about 20. I feel good, and nobody told me I was fat before I started losing. I feel fantastic.

    I read the book. Checked out the website, and decided I would take his advice, but not follow his diet. No processed sugars. Less fruit. No starches or grains. I done it before and lost almost 60lbs in a little over a year.

    eating healthy and working out every day for 2 months = lose 30 pounds

    not working out for 1 year and eating like there is no tomorrow = gain 40 pounds

    = its about that time again for that 2 month diet and exercise regime
