Did any of you know that there isa Beach music hall of fame?

    I wonder if the dress up in tuxes once a year and give out plaques? Wonder what the plaques look like. Why would anyone care?

    They have the Beach Music Awards every year at the Hilton-Myrtle Beach.
    And I and people that grew up on R&B and Beach Music care. Lots of people from Charlotte are in the HOF for their dancing and work they have done over the years to preserve a Southern way. Beach music done more to promote integration than people realize and the lyrics that are freely aired today are done so because some great people paid the price back in the 50s and 60s.;)

    And Math, I believe VORs stab was directed towards Beach Music which is R & B from the East Coast and not the Beach boys and Jan and Dean that is bubble gum pop from the West Coast.
