    seriously. UNC should can baddour and Bunting. Let Dean find a football coach and then an ad. He damn sure couldnt do any worse than baddour.

    Vince Dooley is out there but he has his eyes set on the Auburn job.

    Agree. If Dean wants to be the executive, that makes sense. But that a guy like that would want to come "save" some program and everything's right with the world, that's silly.


    Y'all need a real coach. Someone that you yourself have probably never heard of. Someone who will put together an actual program, and someone you'll probably bitch about for a couple years until he starts winning.

    :applause: That's all I've wanted for a while. Hell I'd be happy with Bunting if the team showed a little progress each year, but its seemed to only get worse.

    hence the reason spurrier wont come to unc. especially if its baddour doing the calling. spurrier would eat him alive. dean could get it done though.

    More importantly, they need someone who isn't afraid to look outside the family - football or otherwise.

    UNC shouldn't even be looking at Spurrier. He's not going to draw the defensive coordinator and staff needed to recruit the athletes, he won't stick around to build a program, and the team will be worse off within two years.

    But hey, if people want to cream their shorts about Spurrier, I won't stop them.
