Anybody else watch Dexter on Showtime. Last nights episode was awesome. The last few episodes should be great. Season one was awesome but I think I may like this season better; because now we're seeing a little bit darker side of Dexter.

If you don't know what it's about, basically Dexter is a serial killer that works for the Miami PD in the forensics lab. His step father was a police man and he knew Dexter was a little off so he taught him how to kill and how to not get caught. He also taught Dexter to only kill people who "deserved" it. So Dexter is pretty much cleaning up Miami of people that beat the system; but all hell has broken loose this season because the bodies were found and now they are looking for him. I won't go into anymore detail to ruin for anyone that hasn't watched it yet and gets interested...

I hope the damn strike is over wuickly I don't want to have to wait forever for season 3.

    Just got into it recently.

It's like a train wreck that I can't stop looking at.

Dexter is a good show. Too bad that they veered away from the books in season 2. There are some interesting plot points from the 2nd and 3rd books that would have been a bit on the controversial side but would have been fun to watch.

Love the show, really liked the second season. Not quite as good as the first season, but still good.

the 2nd season ruled...and it veered from the books a little, if not a lot, and the 3rd book, Dexter in the Dark, is a bit on the scifi tale, but still good reading. CANT WAIT FOR SEASON 3!!!!:52:

    season three bump

    starts in a couple weeks.

just finished watching season two on DVD - it was like reading a book you can't put down. Always had to watch one more episode. Just an awesome show.

Now I reckon I have to get Showtime - I don't think I can wait a year for the season three DVD to hit the stores. Looks like HBO is history in my house - at least for the next year. No more Entourage - my daughter will be pissed.

    I understand.

I don't either, so I hook up a laptop to my big TV and watch it that way. Works pretty well if you have the right connections on your TV or computer.
