well, word is rose might get some time tonight against the celtics. good thing, cuz the bulls desperately need him on the floor if they hope to hold onto any chance of making the playoffs.

the bulls have done much better without rose than i would have predicted, but the point to take away from this is that there is obviously WAY more to the bulls' success than simply rose being really good at making tough shots.

No shit. What made you look like a complete fucking retard was trying to say that Rose's improvement as a player had less to do with their increase in wins than Carlos Boozer and Thibodeaux. Ever since then you've been making excuses to avoid acknowledging your abject stupidity because you're a coward who never admits mistakes.

it's funny, you keep claiming i said carlos boozer and thibodeau were more important than rose's improvement, and yet you only post me saying that rose is great and by himself probably wouldn't get the team over 50 wins in a regular season and also that what put the bulls over the top was getting boozer and thibodeau.

did i proclaim that without rose's improvement, the team would have easily won 50 games? no. i made no actual comparison between the two situations.

incidentally, i retracted the "over the top" statement because really, they're not "over the top" imo. perhaps the addition of hamilton would take them to the promised land, but he's been awful banged up this season so i dunno.

so would you like to actually debate the issue? you really haven't brought a single actual palpable morsel of basketball analysis to the table.

tell you what, how about you throw out the number of games you think the bulls would have won if they hadn't acquired carlos boozer and were still being coached by vinny del negro. let's start there.

The English language has specific meanings, and no matter how much you wish these two statements meant something other than what they do because you're an irredeemable coward, they don't.

Again, you can't admit to being wrong about anything. Throughout your posting history on TBR (and presumably the rest of the internet), you have defended every statement you've ever made instead of being man enough to admit that sometimes you make mistakes and post dumb things.
