you and alot of other stat geeks mistake being statisticly good with winning-let me understand you are stats more importantant than winning
is it more important to have a QB to brag to other teams fans about than it is to beat that team-maybe you need to find another team

 

I know you need to pretend that I'm just as flawed as you are, but countless times I've agreed with you or defended you against others when you happened to be correct. Contrast that with you defending Seifert against any criticism, or making idiotic statements about most of the team playing as badly as Jake did against Oakland. We all have emotions, but it's what you do about them that differentiates us. Some people can admit things they don't want to and some people can't.

The statement was that Jake wouldn't be starting if not for Steve Smith. Jake's QB rating belies low yardage and touchdown numbers, and most of the stats he does have are thanks to Steve.

In my honest opinion, someone of Jake's talent and skill level should be a backup who only starts when necessary. I think he's too inaccurate and careless with the ball, and I do believe that he would have been benched if not for the exploits of Steve Smith.
