I think the D did not blitz, and took it away. I also think Jake underthrew the shots he did take.

you ar an idiot if you think jake needs to go, he has only led you to a superbowl and a nfc championship game....

the problem is the offense, so we have a pass play that is in between the quick out to smitty and a 70 yard bomb???

goodbye henning, but i'll keep jake everyday of the week....

Yep. Jake has been pretty shitty for about a month now.

If he doesn't get his shit together - we will stay in this place.

yeah, the decision to let that one fly ranks up there with his all time game losing ints.

It was awful. And more of a mental thing than being inaccurate.

    I looked at his stats:

    http://www.nfl.com/players/playerpage/1626

They kinda support what we've been saying - he's not hitting the big plays. His completion % is pretty consistent with years past, but his YPA are down, and his 20 and 40 yard plays are also way down.

He's also throwing it ALOT more, on pace for 535 attempts. So he's throwing it more and getting alot less done.

Our record this year when he throws 30 or more times is 3-5 ( every loss has been a 30+ throw event ).

Our reg season record since 2004 when we throw the ball 30 or more times is 6-18.

Our reg season record since 2004 when we throw the ball less than 30 times is 18-1.
