    you cant argue the points of the game Collin knows nothing about: leadership, passion, the will to win-things that guys with mediocre physical talent like Croyle and all the other ham and eggers hes enamored with dont have-things Delhomme does have

    I, for one, like the guy because hes an underdog-and every once in a while i love to see a guy like Phillip Rivers with that look on his face after we beat them in week 1-hell of a QB, all the tools youd want-watching an undafted guy with poor mechanics winning ugly-or Jay Cutler or Drew Brees-damn they gotta hate it

    we've never actually hired an offensive background head coach. I still like the WCO, but it wouldn't be a great fit in a number of ways. A Shanahan, of anyone, would tailor that run game well, but not terribly different from what we have.
