    Is Sam Mills ready yet? Could he take over for Del Rio?

    On a side note, I think Del Rio is leaving to early. I don't think he will be successful as a head coach if he leaves after one season as a DC. IMO. - He needs more experience and he needs to get it right where he is at. ;)
