Deke Signed

Discussion in 'Carolina Panthers' started by pantherslunatic, Oct 10, 2002.

  1. Panthers have signed S Deke Cooper off the practice squad and released CB Brad Franklin according to panthers.com

  2. Good deal for him! Hopefully he'll play some this weekend so I can see him play! Should be fun having another Cooper on board!

There goes your just Cooper jersey theory just 3 days before you go to the game... LOL... poor girl and its too late to get a J.Cooper jersey

  4. That's ok Brain....Maybe I can become just an overall "Coop" fan?? (Although Jarrod would always come first!) The first thing I thought of when I saw that we had signed Deke, was darn it, I JUST ordered my white jersey not but less than a month ago! Oh well.....the number says it all!

    It's all good. They'll know.
I remember one numb nut who bought a customized jersey and put "Brad Hoover" across the back of it. The whole name.

What did you end up doing with that jersey anyway? Still wearing it on Sundays?

I wonder what the rules are for switching numbers for a day? Deke could wear #40 and be a decoy on ST :D

    Funny...

I remember one numb nut who bought a customized jersey and put "Brad Hoover" across the back of it.

When Tony and I ran into Brad at the restaurant opening day, his whole crowd had "Brad Hoover" on the back of the jersey

    not my jersey y2 :D
Mine does say my last name, but that's because we had an end of that name here in the good ole days. He had a mullet.

well if those are Brad's people they're not the smartest of people. There are three guys in the NFL that have their full names on their jerseys and Hoover's not even wearing the first initial.
