Degenerate boxscore of the day

    Why is it the degenerate boxscore of the day? Because after Iowa State turned the ball over on downs inside the 5 with 2 minutes left, Ferentz ran 3 QB sneaks and took the safety just like the coaching manual says you should do.

    So.....if you were holding Iowa @ (-13.5) or (-14) you were looking at a push or a win until Ferentz took that safety and then you were looking for something to throw at the TV. If you had Iowa St - woohoo! - you are looking for a card to send Mr. Ferentz.

    The announcer even said that some of the home folks were not going to be pleased.
