    186....... Soloflex, free weights.... and 90 degree heat in an outside storage room workout.....

    This is what I used to look like at about 155 pounds and about 12 years. Been lifting weights and running. The weight is not coming off but that is probably the beer and ice cream at night. Planning on a new photo with gut suck in two weeks from now....
