Agreed, he never had a chance until his senior year, I hope he can at least make it as role player. I think he still has a big upside to improve.

hes got some work to do.especially shooting. he hit some shots last year. couple of things probably got him drafted: super athletic, hes a senior so he more mature than some of these kids, and hes won a championship/been in big games. glad he gets a shot. Bucks are thin at foward. Kukoc, Joe Smith and some euro-trash rookies

Yep, he does have a lot of work to do to stick with any team, super athletic and strong kid, if he keeps up the work ethic he showed at UNC to keep improving like he has in the past then he should be fine.

He will have a longer and more fruitful career than one, Joseph Forte.

If Noel is still in the NBA after two or three years, I will be EXTREMELY surprised. I really like the guy though, he is a hard worker and plays his ass off, but he is going to be waayyy in over his head in the NBA..

He might be a guy you throw in to play defense and foul people. He is never going to be much more than that though. It might be nice to have a guy like him to throw at a guy like Kobe just to try and wear him down.
